An illustration ?....or just frustration ?

At this point and as we await new developments, its not really that pivotal to reassure personalities on here. Your an individual and you will thinK in what ever terms and input data thats submitted to your brain. If your calm and reserved, or if your angsty and unhinged, you are what you think, and being that we are "rut" beings, you will think in that rut. So I won't try and dissuade anyone here in their line of thought, its your brain, your right.
HOWEVER................
Lets see if I can get this thought process to translate to paper and into your line of sight, without causing you to be altered in your thinking......though if possible..... to help you understand the wholesale complexity in these situations using some experiences I have lived..... .along with altered thinking (or not) nor do I want .... the FBI to set up the "Quantico Pizza" van outside my office.
Players in this game are as follows....
FABTECH......inventor of a technology that will change the world at large.
MEGAFRUIT.....A technology company that has seen the performance metrics and wants to licence the technology because they know of its wholesale potential.
EARTHSEARCH.......A search engine/technology and information supplier interested in Fabtechs technology.
SAMSON......A multi faceted manufacturer who salivates at the thought of a licence to use Fabtechs technology.
GOFISH......A manufacturer interested in manufacturing for Fabtech.
ADD IN MULTIPLE BIT PLAYERS, INTERESTED PARTIES AND INVESTORS, GOVERNMENTS, OTHER RELATED COMPANIES, LAWYERS, EXCHANGES etc....
So.....a bit like people exiting a burning building, potential customers swamp FABTECH and their legal reps. This causes non disclosures to be executed and deals to be inked. A flurry of activity.......BUT WAIT.......a screeching halt.....MEGAFRUIT wants in their NDA to have a clause not revealing their name and details, but thats puts a clamp on the potential deal with EARTHSEARCH who does not require a clause naming them BUT does have a clause with an "accrued time" before announcement in it and another clause regarding competitors in association with the "accrued time before announcement clause. Now negotiations have to take place to rewrite or "adjust" the individual NDA's to reflect each companies policies and desires, and get the deal completed and announced.
Then comes along global behemoth SAMSON, and in their licence they wish to have marketing exclusivity in an area of geographic operations. But this effects the potential deal with MEGAFRUIT in a number of ways. So now FABTECH has to go back to square one in negotiations with said parties. Meanwhile the phone keeps ringing, customers want in........the analysts are calling to get interviews, the management is forging ahead with its plans and meetings with key people within the industry. The R and D people are still in the lab and creating and testing.
In the middle of things, GOFISH calls and says that the first production run will be ready in 6 weeks......is sold out Sounds confusing ? pure mayhem ?
It all takes time people.....and a ton of lawyers......January is only 6 days old.
STAY TUNED...................TO BE CONTINUED
