I believe that NEWS is short coming. Shorts have it easy until then to manipulate us down.

Regarding warrants, though the point is worth mentioning, I don't understand why the conversation began with mentioning warrants at 0.75$? Regardless, don't intend on beating a dead horse.

In my opinion, the NEWS will start with the announcement of our CEO in tandem with completion of 40nm. The announcement of the CEO is what I believe is holding things up as he will want in (i.e. warrants/options) before a big move up. Also, I don't think that PTK would have found a home in silicon valley if they believed that their would be any issues going forward.

That said, I do expect NEWS in the near future and ideally this week or latest next. I'm a big advocate of transparency when it comes to my investments. While NDAs and etc. come into play, an update to shareholders is always a must in my view!!!
