I'm pretty sure I've never seen this. I don't know how I missed it years ago when I was heavily researching the SBIR grants!

This is an old presentation from Leon P to the "Beyond Phase II" conference in 2008:

I remember what a revelation it was when I found documents with ODIS listed as a CPP participant. The Commercialization Pilot Program was basically a special project within the SBIR program meant to accelerate and assist Phase II companies in commercializing their technology (i.e., entering Phase III) by pairing SBIR recipients with a Prime Contractor.

It was a relief to find the documents (found here and here) because at the time Stockhouse was under siege from bashers claiming that ODIS/OPEL/POET was a dime-a-dozen tech company that the government could afford to front a few $100k from time to time. POET's selection under the CPP was the perfect response to those who think POET isn't anything special.

Having said all that, I apparently didn't find everything. Shockingly, the beyond Phase II presentation claims that ODIS was the first ever CPP inductee!

Even though this is old, and the expected military products have yet to be announced, this is a great reminder of the promise of POET. The fact that no match for POET has emerged in the intervening years between 2008 and 2015 is incredible.
