Thes buy-ins are nice presents to brokers like Mackie - imagine - 4569 CAD for doing nothing but a little riskless trading.
Which are the criteria choosing the seller for TSX? Is it just the next bid at 15:00 who has the right volume? Seeing the buy-in list - can everyone put the right bid at 15:00 to harvest this penalty?
