I would guess the toxicity of a common chip, is not quite an issue since they is all ready a chip availabl that can be implemented other your child's skin that is used as a tracking device and can contain some basic medical information. So toxicity is something they seem to be able to manage when producing new electronic devices. Just my opinion.
