I prefer to think of most of those who are thought to be short here are longs who have been burned a few times in the past. I know that's the category in which I fall, and, thus, I find myself in solidarity with many of posts which fall into that category.
And if you've actively played the markets for a long time, it would seem that most would have been burned at least once or twice. I have to say, to those who have been burned and still are unboundedly optimistic in their investment (in POET and in whatever else they own), I tip my hat to you. I'm unable to do that myself, so come off as more cautious. I really hate to think of people having all their eggs in one basket, unless the basket is reasonably sized relative to their overall financial situation.
I'm glad FJ or someone mentioned in a recent post that it won't take that many shares to make a lot of money on POET if it can fulfill its promise. I take that even further and say even a quarter of its promise as portrayed on this Board would cause this company to be wildly successful.
GLTA! (and the game with Calgary last night was not to my liking!)
