my opinion.............this should be outlawed for the HFT;s manipulate re price and direction!!

They are to a large part to blame for the utter devastation of the VSE. Underlying fundamentals no longer matter,,,,,,,,,,,,trade and trade often for pennies is their motto and the sheep follow
