Hmm, tried to place the usual (anti-shorting) GTC sell order for $30 and got the error:

The order was rejected. The exchange did not accept this order.

PTR: OPEN GROSS VALUE LIMIT REACHED FOR B:124|G:ALL|S:PTK, LIMIT 3,500,000
