I still can't get why so many gripe about SP it was pretty obvious that it would fall if there were no announcements today; I certainly could not rationalise why there would be any annoucement until the commencement of a strategy to roll SP up for the move to NASDAQ.

No I liken the current situation to happy hour at the last chance saloon, this will be the last opportunity to pick up shares cheaply. If you've got some cash in you pocket (not me) then buy yourself some happy hour drinks and take a break.
