I'm pretty sure that if PTK has material information, they have to report it in a very timely fashion. Yes, they may have some wiggle room to hold off (perhaps a few days), but it's not like thay can delay it by weeks to suit whatever other agendas some people may have.

Reporting in a timely fashion is a huge part of managements' fiduciary responsibility. To not do so is to call the integrity of the conmpany into question. The management team at Poet do not strike me as engaging in those types of shenanigans. I'm sure they know how to manage news and developments to maximize overall benefits and to meet the monetary objectives of the company.
