With all the progress and acceleration programs at SYNOPSYS and GF, I would count 48 months from 2011/2012 so IMO we will see a phone/tablet with POET inside in 2016 at the earliest but before all this happens we will see mos def some kind of a deal/contract from fabs or/and OEMs.
