Eileen: I have highlighted it in black block letters.Does this or is it a strong further indication of whom our foundry will be ?

Would be a very, very long line to connect two dots here. I think any relation to POET Technologies would be far-fetched. BTW, you could also read this statement as: "If there's an opportunity, we will take it, but we won't start a bidding war."
