If the 40nm PDK is not released before year end it will be viewed as a missed "projected target" which will bred uncertainty and will have a very negative affect on the SP and view of management. Add that with Shelly's liquidity issues and one has a real conundrum.

I DO NOT believe that will be the case. IMO Poet will ship the PDK and have an announcement before Christmas. On schedule, as planned. We have not been provided with any information to the contrary. GLTA.
