At the AGM Peter Copetti stated that no change was planned regarding the listing at Canadian exchanges, i.e. PTK would remain at the TSX.V. Since the vast majority of investors would reside south of the border, a Nasdaq listing would be essential. However, an upgrade from the TSX.V to the TSX would not be worth the additional expenses (my words).
