Just because we uplist in the US doesn't mean that we can't remain on the Venture in Canada. An uplist in Canada would need to be done via the TSX.

That said, I'm not quite sure what the requirements are to uplist in the US to the Nasdaq (volume requirements, etc.) besides share price.
