In "POET© Technology, Inc." it's not only the © which does not belong there, but there are unimaginable three errors in the company name! Last time I checked, the company was called "POET Technologies Inc.", i.e.

without a '©',
with "Technologies" (plural) instead of "Technology" (singular),
without a comma.

Hopefully their technology is better than their orthography!
