I think PC is doing an admirable job as interim CEO. Many leaders want all of the glory and all of the decision making, regardless of whether or not that is best for the company. It appears as if PC has put any desire for personal recognition and arrogance aside, and is doing what is best for POET. That is, let Ajit make many of the decisions as he knows better than PC in many areas. Also, to hire a CEO that can do better than PC can, in an overall sense. Not to mention letting Ajit select a CEO (I wonder if Ajit has any good contacts, LOL). PC has put the company ahead of himself, and will eventually lose control over POET, but all for the better for POET. PC understands this and has run with it.

I am also thrilled that Ajit is taking on more, which speaks volumes to the current state of the technology. Most people at this point will not understand this significance (like many other things as well at this point), but that will change and I do not think that will take very long, at least to an extent that should significantly increase the SP over the short term. Ajit will get it done, which includes the appointment of a world class CEO, who will also get it done.

PS. a news release and a green finish today, that is refreshing.
