Well, yes, the stock has risen on essentially no news, but what makes you think that insiders, friends of POET, have not been tipped off and are buying, and thereby pushing the stock price up singlehandedly?

You have no idea, just as I don't, for the reason for the recent rise in shareprice. It could be the traders moving it up to bring it down next week, it could be Eileen buying more for her grandchildren.

POET will not improve substantially, shareprice-wise, until there is an announcement of a partner or revenue.

Is 72% substantial?

Compared to what is coming, I'd say not.
