I wish AM Had been made chair. Co-chairs rarely work exceptionally not do they kady very long as normally they are considered political compromises. Hopefully in this case it works out - maybe it's the function split and geographical split that makes this worth doing this way. AM could have been chair and PC CEO and hired the new president and effectively accomplished the same splitting of responsibilities. In my view that would have been a much stronger signal to the market and potential partners and clients. Well it is done and better this as it does send a message that AM has finished his internal review and is ready to start executing.
