If PTK gets to where we all believe it is heading, I think that it is inevitable that PC will take on a lesser role. Certain management is good for certain instances in a company's life.

I, like many on the board, believe that Ajit will become Chairman (unique) and that CEO (whom they've already approached) will be one of the big boys.

Today's announcement in my opinion is huge. This tells me that Ajit has fully validated the process and is confident in PTK's ability to succeed. Only way someone like this puts his name on something.

The fact that they are discussing adding further management to PTK is also very interesting.
