Big mistake in my eyes that Soitec sold this busienss.
As this could be the right technology for POET to control the MBE-process. IntelliEpi would profit a lot as soon as POET goes into production on a broad market.

Soitec is listed on Euronex in Paris. Does anybody know if and where IntelliEPI is listed?
