Absolutely, mojoe.

In addition to hard, undeniably facts (which we have) we also need confirmation of these facts by credible, independend sources through their own news channels (which we don't have yet).

A "3rd party foundry" publishing a news release about a 40 nm POET process would do, as well as Synopsys releasing something on the PET PDK on their own news page. However, neither of them did so. This is for a reason. Let's call it "stealth".
