Pinetree Capital Announces Status of Convertible Debenture Debt Covenant

Mr. Sheldon Inwentash didn't manage to have his house clean at least at the last day of the month. On October 31th Pinetree was not in compliance with one of its debt covenants. Here's Pinetree's news release:
