Agreed.

WIth AM and AC working together they have what could be the most extensive semiconductor business experience going.

AC has seen the best, and worst of what could happen, although AC did a nice job with Zarlink to keep shareholders happy.

We know what AM has seen.

The rest of them are no slouches in their own right...
