Mrs. Shepherd,

Without getting yourself in trouble, in your previous email you indicate that "we will not see the marketing efforts" of PTK, does this mean that they have yet to begin? Have NDAs not being signed? or am I confusing the signing of NDAs with marketing to other entities?

Also, while on the subject of questions to the forum, has anyone confirmed if management is in blackout mode with regards to their ability to purchase shares?
