Repeated - "3rd Party Foundry" and 100 nm

I was surprised that no one seemed to pick up on this and thought it was significant, so I wanted to bring it up again. The new Corporate Presentation states that the "100 nm or below PET n- and p- channel device" has been accomplished by a "3rd party fab partner" (military, BAE?). Is this not significant? I don't recall this ever being publically disclosed, did I miss that? It was publically disclosed that it had been accomplished in the lab only (I think). Maybe just documented wrong in the Corporate Presentaion (as with a few other things)?
