My Gosh people get over it. the trading window was opened by Taylor's need for cash, thus it was extended to all insiders. Sheldon arranged the sale so it would not effect the open market. He is getting ready to exercise the 75 cent warrants now BEFORE they expire February 2015, and while the " trading window" is open.
