I don't think your hypothetical story is far off. It's one way the rich can get richer. You would need a lot of money, time, and connections but it could be done. Is your $0.90 reference to the clown on the other board who kept saying it was going down to $0.90 and it did? Now he is claiming $1.25 tomorrow.
