To exercise Pinetree's 1.5 mill warrants, they would need $1,125,000, so the latest crosses just about meets that target

In theory, we should see one more cross for another 750,000 shares from Sheldon's personal holdings so he has enough funds to exercise his own 1 million warrants as well. I suspect that cross may happen at a higher price than 1.00.
