Yes, I just got an e-mail from Chris. Regarding the insider markers her referred to the broken IIROC reporting system and says there is nothing the company could do about it. He didn't say "yes, the company knows that insider XY sold some shares." Chris also pointed to http://www.iiroc.ca/Documents/2008/BBEAFCB1-10A2-4D52-BF87-206E0991376F_en.pdf which reveals details about the brokeness of the current system.

So my conclusion from Chris' response is that the company is not aware of any insider sales.
