Your point regarding Synopsys doing a JV with POET is a very good one Mazan.

I continue to ignore the current SP trading and focus on the company fundamentals and news releases.

Synopsys is the World Leader in TCAD. That is World Leader, Number 1, the largest and that is a fact.

Now we have POET in collaboration with Synopsys to complete the 40nm Advanced Modelling of the POET / PET technology.

Synopsys are doing this at no charge, using their own resources, and allowed POET to include a comment from Sysnopsys Senior Management in the recent news release.

Prior to engaging with POET on this collaboration, you can bet your last buck that Synopsys would have completed exaustive DD and have clearly satisfied themselves that POET / PET is and will be the next generation disruptive technology; otherwise they would have passed on the opportunity. This Monster of TCAD would not give POET a second glance if the technology was not game changing.

That simple fact that Synopsys are engaged in this collaboration with POET sends a huge message of confidence to everyone; regardless of what the current SP is doing.

So back to your point Mazan .... I would not be surprised at all if Synopsys and POET do some form of JV.

If that happens, the market will explode .... no doubt about that. The market will fall over themselves bying up the stock.

It is also a deal of that nature that would be certainly used to list on the NASDAQ, from a position of strength.

I remember Peter stating at the AGM that he will pull the trigger on the NASDAQ, only from a position of strength. And that can only mean with a deal of sorts in hand.

It is also worthwhile noting that POET is already approved for the NASDAQ, so Peter could have used the 5:1 reverse split, but he has not done so. Why is that we ask ourselves??

The answer can only be he is waiting for that deal in hand.

Synopsys collaboration is step 1 ...... I feel something very big is in the making ..... we just have to wait and see what formal structure is formed and released to the market.

This investment has been almost 4 years pregnant for me and many others.

Something big is going to pop out soon enough.
