If the desire for a JV exists between the 2 parties, the mechanics are relatively straight forward.

Time consuming from a legal and negotiation perspective, but nothing outside of the usual process.

This is pure speculation but it would not surprise me at all.

In fact, I am leaning that way quite heavily in my expectations.
