As Chris Chu said in another context, "could" or "expect" are lawyer speak. You may say that the sun "will" rise in the morning or that the apple "will" drop down to the floor if you let loose, but business targets are achieved only when they are achieved.
Nobody can be 100 percent sure that revenue "will" come in Q4/2014 or Q1/2015. You can only "expect" it, consider it to be "likely" or "probable".
I would say with this sound technology, which is much needed by industry, and with Ajit Manocha as its ambassador the probability for revenue is high enough to be heavily invested in this stock.
