I don't buy this part:

Leon Pierhal sold 100,000 shares earlier this year at .84 and the share price promptly ran all the way to 2.87 afterwards. How would you explain that one?
Personal finanical needs rarely align with the best market timing.
Sheldon sold millions of SEV shares very recently and that share price promptly doubled shortly therafter.
This would be a great time to announce a new CEO. Options at a 1.00 even and call it a day.
