Given that this company has publicly stated that there will be no need for a financing, it is clear that the only way entities who want shares will have to get them from the open market.

It is also true that there are tens of millions of in the money warrants/options available to those entities if they can pry them loose. Then there are the millions of shares the retailers on this board own.

We are already familiar with the bear raids that frequently visit this stock. However, what is happening is more than that. The nebulous entities want stock as cheaply as possible and are using low volume to pry as many warrants/options out of the early investors/employees at the cheapest possible price. There is no other way for them to get a large number of shares without otherwise running up the price.

If those entities really didn't want to accumulate, why not just naked short this thing all the way down to .50? They know that would create a massive short squeeze and buy-in frenzy and they would get killed.

Look at what happened to SEV. Pinetree sold a massive number of shares to some entities, and those same entities promptly ran the stock up 100%.

These games were being played last year in the .40 cent range, and they are now coming to the end of the line, with revenue coming at the end of the year.
