This morning,before the news, I was thinking about the main partner.

What can the main partner may have brought that won't appear in the financial statement:

- State of the art lab access

- Money to fund the research, paying for the raw material for instance

- High class scientists and staff

- Access to some IP

If you were the main partner, why would you don't want to be named:

- To have a more mature technologies before screaming out loud

- To have a clean idea of the true potential of the tech before doing a move (buying offer)

- To keep the tech for yourself

- To be ahead of other potential adopters of this game changing technologies

What could trigger the time to be named?

- No choice to disclose (i.e. first revenue or NRE)

- Hard proof of concept (multiple prototypes ?)

- Buying offer
