And......$420K is absolute peanuts if you are buying a house, large boat, acreage, farm, condo in downtown anywhere, and if Geoff wants an assortment of these things and/or other toys to make his life easier and more comfortable, the list is endless.

I've never spent that kind of cash but I've dreamed about what I could do with it.
