Terry Ma joined Synopsys in February 2005 and is currently Vice President, Engineering of the TCAD Product Line within
the Silicon Engineering Group. He manages the TCAD products and solutions that address the semiconductor manufacturing technology needs. Terry has over 25 years of experience in semiconductor processing, yield management, device research and characterization, and technology modeling. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from University of California, Berkeley, and graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
