Message: US scientists grow GaAs films on low cost substrates

Hi Rainer,

I was just suggesting that the use of GaA's in these types of products could only benefit POET, since the wider use of GaA's will only provide greater acceptance, and a better product.

I believe the purity will improve with wider use and therefore better yields with the wafers.

It's just a thought, but the countless articles regarding the uses for GaA's that keep popping up all over the internet seem to agree.
