Wow PIM - where to start in response to that.

First of all, this board is, withouth a doubt, worse off without FJ's input. Yeah, there are some great posters here - thats why I visit here - cause there are a bunch of people here who have so much more knowledge than me and who are willing to share. But FJ was definitely value-added.

To your point about doing your own DD - I did my own DD and part of that included going through tons of stuff FJ brought to light. Agree with him or don't, isn't the point. He brought stuff to the table.

Second, back in July, when you were freaking out over the potential reverse split, here was my response to you:

With all due respect, it's the free market. If you're not happy with your investment, you can always sell and move along.

Now you are giving people the same advice?
