An very well thought out writing and 100% agree with the opinion expressed therein.

Actually a fabulous piece of writing.

I am going to attempt to add to that post, without hopefully insulting the writer or looking like an idiot.

The first question I get when discussing it is ...

"Why is it at $1.XX and why don't "I" know or have heard of it?"

I have stated before, the technology business is a different animal. To those who work within it or around it know what I mean. Its highly secretive and diliberately deceptive. You can figure out why that is, yourself, each has a different opinion. Back to the question.

Not being a stock chick, I asked our CFO what he thought of the price and his take was theres nothing understandable to the common person to drive the stock. Yes, Ajit, yes milestones, yes news. But does the average investor or even the average Joe or Jane really get it ? You can imagine a pile of money amounting to say....one million. Its sorta green, its sorta piled high and its sorta.....lotsa moola. But you just can't grasp its actual dimensions. Neither do you really care because you think you will never have it, so the brain moves onto something else of instant gratuity. If it was that easy for the brain to respond to something like a POET NR, then car ads would all be black and white and advertise 4 wheels and 4 doors. Instead the human brain is wired to buy the sizzle not the steak and salemans brain is wired to sell the steak not the sizzle. So "IF" PTK came out with a NR stating that XYZ Corp the largest imaginary chip maker in the world and well known for its pizzazzy advertising and exciting products, has signed a licencing deal to use the product. This then would be more relatable by the masses and the interest and possible resulting mania would drive the stock upward. Does this make sense ?

Secondly you have never heard of it because its not within your sphere of interest or involvement ? Or you don't read press releases ? or you don't play the markets ? or you dont understand the technology therefore are not interested? No, no, and no....its because its not the lead story on my 6 oclock news (YET) nor is it front page if the Wall Street Journal (YET) nor has it hit social media in any large format (YET). So therefore its not penetrated the sphere you revolve in just yet. But I can tell you its coming and it will be in your orbit soon enough, but you will be paying much more by then.

"How long is going to take ?"

No one knows ! However, in "my" experience and in "my" industry, its not uncommon to have NR's that are 6 months or more behind the actual "public" timeline. Meaning, some of the milestones you read about, were or may have been actually completed months before public acknowledgement of it. For all we know, some or all of the prospective users (under NDA's) were in consultations with Synopsys months ago. They call them Non-Disclosure Agreements for a reason. It allows all parties to toil under wraps, without fear of competitor knowledge, IP theft, public pressures, gives the ability to work through any bugs without prying eyes, and allows information to flow out and in to each project unencumbered but secure.

The fact we know little, or hear little, or as someone said to me last week "volume never lies" means that its in tight lock down. As for volume, in this case its not lieing, the traders know nothing ! Just like the rest of us. But just when you least expect it, the can will most likely blow open.

Agree or not, the facts are there. We are a locked down, tightened up, secure and stealthy business. For a reason. I am writing this on a company lap top that measures and analyses every key stroke, and looks for key words. I wish I could take you on a tour.

For now, and being this is deemed in my sphere a "Legacy Stock" I will wait.

We have a fun algorithym here that dependent on input creates a formula for length of wait versus veracity of development over return on investment. Basically....the longer the wait ....the tighter the security...........the more potential of higher returns.

All the best to us !
