Interesting thought Mack.......I think that for the near term, AM is fully capable of running the show, his resume and reputation promise that. But down the road (as you suggest), we could easily see more strategic hiring.......people to share the load as it were......and IMO, these people would probably come from the partnerships developed to help us launch this rocketship.
