That seems to be the case and much more happening behind the scenes. The thing that is difficult to understand is that since there seems to be a lot of people that would have access to this information, yet it is not reflected in the share price. Hard to believe that they can keep all this stuff secret. After all we are all humans and the more people or endities involved the less secret it becomes.
