Fair comment.. But I believe if "arbitration" is what they have agreeded to and not "mediation" then the decision is binding.. So if true I think we can conclude the deal is done.. The arbtarors will set the terms and conditions given the facts and circumstances of the " handshake" agreement.. Tpower
