Looks to me like the company response was crafted specifically for Mr. Elder. Given all of the CMOS patents under his name, they were very respectful and did not want to slam his work or suggest it's could soon to be obsolete. Hence the complementary language used by Mgt for POET/CMOS. "If I have seen further it is by standing on ye sholders of Giants." Well played folks. Well played. Derekwpg
