I think it's a moot point, I think.....normally in my biz.

If we pay Synopsys full pop, then we buy the PDK and it's ours.

If we pay Synopsys half pop, then we own half the PDK and they'll get half kick backs on every chip produced

If we pay Zero, then Snopsys owns the PDK and they get full kick backs on every chip produced.
