Such an offer - without reaching the 90% - could rise the SP significantly for the NAS :-) Further: I see that this Technology will -and can not be exclusively for one chip producer, but with enough advance GF can grow to Nr. 1 foundry. GF is introducing POET now, all other foundries will need many month to follow up! This could be the strategy of AM! No buyout needed!!!
