No, I didn't say that at all. This is not my theory.

I only stated (implicitly) the fact that tremendously good news since July didn't raise the shareprice sustainably. The widely accepted theory is that these news increase the probability of future revenue and take out more and more risk.

My opinion (theory) is that the share price will raise only if and when revenue will be announced. Of course I'd like to be proven wrong. ;-)
