Just stepping in from the sidelines to share some thoughts. Despite this roller coaster we seem to be on, I harken back to Peter Copetti's words from the Empire Club presentation:
"I am not too worried about the share price."
This simple phrase has been my mantra since all the de-risking that has been happening with the (albeit highly controlled) news realeases. Rather than fret the price drops, I have simply been adding to my share number regardless of the daily SP action. Sheldon did this to accumulate and the fundamentals are still encouraging. Thanks to the vast input here, I am almost numb to the drops and focus primarily on the bigger picture. Realistically, we don't have long to wait. Human nature compels us to follow every movement of this stock, but to be honest, I would rather spend my time with family or catching up here, knowing POET's time will come.
Many of us know Buffet's reply to the question "When is the right time to buy?" He said "Now!" and when asked "What is the best holding period?", his reply "Forever"...
I think many of the longs here would agree. I also believe some of us (myself included) will be taking "some" off the table...
