Peter Copetti made it quite clear at the AGM that POET will up-list to the NASDAQ only from a position of strength, with the potential RS only being available as a back-up insurance.

I think we can all take it for granted that means when he has a deal in hand he will pull the NASDAQ trigger.

So it appears to me that we will see a deal announced first, with revenue detail, then the NASDAQ up-listing announcement to follow.
